Female factory workers are the product of a specific historical period in China.They have made important contributions to the development of the manufacturing industry since China's reform and opening-up.They are the cornerstone of China's status as the "world factory".With the rapid development of China's economic strength and scientific and technological strength,industrial upgrading and transformation is the focus of China's current economic development.Under the background of transformation and reform,Low-skilled,low-value workers in the "factory of the world" occasionally face impaired labor rights.As labor-intensive enterprises with low added value,factories have unequal labor and capital forces within the enterprises.In order to weaken the collective solidarity between women workers,factories will use some management differentiation strategies to divide the workers.With the awakening of workers' consciousness and the protection of objective legal and policy environment,There were disputes between labor and capital,and workers began to defend their rights.understanding the dynamic relationship between factories and Female workers will play a positive role in cultivating healthy,stable and lasting labor relations in the transition period.In this paper,we investigated the working and living conditions of female workers in a medium-sized electronics factory in guangdong province.Marx points out that the study about the process of labor is the study of how the labor process is organized into labor to labor force.This paper takes this as the starting point,combines the relevant theories of workers' differentiation,returns to the production itself,conducts empirical research through "field investigation" and "participatory observation".We investigated The control and differentiation of capital over female workers in workshop production from the micro level.And This paper attempts to answer three core questions: firstly,What is the experience of factory workers in the production process? Secondly,What are women's response strategies in this dynamic relationship? Thirdly,What factorsshape the relationship between female workers and management? This paper will focus on what kind of management control strategy is adopted by the management side to manage the female workers in the same factory in order to realize the individualization of the female workers.Meanwhile,the subjective thinking of the workers will be introduced into the labor process.The special situation of female factory workers in terms of gender,age and institutional identity is shown through the microscopic labor process,Analyze the coping strategies of female workers under the control of factory differentiation.It deepens the perspective of labor process evolution and gender research and helps us to grasp the changes of labor relations during the transition period.
