In recent years,the process of urbanization has gradually accelerated,and migrant workers began to pour into urban employment in a large amount,which has become the main body of industrial workers in China.At the nineteen Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general secretary Xi Jinping once again mentioned the issue of migrant workers,proving that the issue of migrant workers is still a matter of concern for the Central Committee of the Communist Party.In the group of migrant workers,the female migrant workers occupy a considerable proportion.According to the sample survey results of the National Bureau of statistics,the total number of migrant workers in 2017 was 273 million 950 thousand,an increase of 5 million 10 thousand over the previous year,an increase of 1.9%,of which the female migrant workers accounted for 33% of the total migrant workers.Female migrant workers should be widely concerned by the government,society and enterprises because of their own characteristics and increasing proportion.Female migrant workers are a special group.They were born and grew up in the countryside,and then they came into town employment and became urban workers.Therefore,they both had dual identities of farmers and workers.They are labeled with "female" and "nonlocal workers",which lead to the frequent migration and exclusion of female migrant workers in the urban and rural areas.Job mobility and short duration of project are common,organizational commitment and career commitment are low.Because of the particularity of female identity in family identity,the urbanization of female migrant workers has a direct impact on the urbanization of their family,so the urbanization of female migrant workers is completely urbanization.Therefore,to improve the attention of the enterprise and the government of this special group of women migrant workers,migrant workers to strengthen the identity of its female worker status,female migrant workers improve work engagement level,optimize the allocation of human resources of migrant workers to the socialist "new journey" to promote the role of.The main research methods are literature review and empirical analysis method,through combing the domestic and foreign literatures on the identity,job involvement and perceived organizational support,exploring the relationship between the three,and on the basis of the existing theories of scholars,to build a model,put forward the corresponding assumptions.In this paper,SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 are used as statistical analysis software to process and analyze the survey data.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research objectives,research significance and innovation,the content of this study and the research roadmap.The second part is a literature review of variables and some key words at home and abroad.The third part is the research hypothesis and model construction,and establishes the model based on the relationship between the variables combed in the previous part,and puts forward the hypothesis of this paper.The fourth part is the research design,conducted a pre survey sample test,according to the validity of reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis and other scales to verify the validity of the scale re adjust,become suitable for the survey object scale.The fifth part is the use of SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 data processing and empirical analysis,to verify the hypothesis and the model established.The sixth part is the research conclusion and management enlightenment.According to the structure of the paper,according to the results of empirical analysis,we draw the following conclusions: first,female migrant workers farmers identity and identity of workers on job involvement are significant positive effects,by comparing the coefficients of regression equation and found the farmer identity of female migrant workers work involvement is worker identity to work 2/1000 input.Although these two kinds of identity have positive effects on job involvement,the influence of worker identity on job involvement is far greater than that of farmers' identity.Second female migrant workers,farmers and workers identity identity is a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support,but the coefficient of regression equation comparison found that women migrant workers farmers identity on the impact of perceived organizational support only workers identity on perceived organizational support to the 3/1000.Although the two identities have positive influence on the sense of organizational support,the influence of worker identity on organizational support is far greater than the influence of farmers' identity on organizational support.Third,among female migrant workers,perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on job involvement.Fourth,perceived organizational support plays a mediating role in female migrant workers' identity and work engagement.But in terms of split dimension,emotional support does not play a mediating role in the influence mechanism of female migrant workers' dual identity on job engagement.At the same time,instrumental support is a fully mediated role in the mechanism of female migrant workers' identity and work engagement,but instrumental support is partly mediated by the influence mechanism of female migrant workers' identity and work engagement.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following management suggestions: first,enterprises and governments should improve the level of migrant workers' identity of their own workers.According to the results of empirical analysis,although women migrant workers farmers identity and status of workers on job involvement and perceived organizational support have positive effect,but the effect of female workers migrant workers identity on job involvement and perceived organizational support is much larger than the female peasant workers and peasants civil identity support effect on job engagement and organization.Then,has a positive impact on both,enterprises and government should encounter,the female migrant workers more skills training and psychological suggestion,let it more recognized their workers identity,which can have a greater impact on the efficiency of enterprises.Second,enterprises and governments should take active measures to influence work engagement,such as by increasing organizational support.According to the empirical analysis,the increase of female migrant workers' organizational support can increase their level of investment in work.Therefore,on the one hand,enterprises should meet the needs of female migrant workers' work,strengthen professional skills training,strengthen the construction of information exchange platform and mechanism,and enhance the cohesion of female migrant workers' work team.On the other hand,we should pay more attention to the emotional care of female migrant workers to some extent.We should pay more attention to female migrant workers,pay more attention to them,and help more.Third,double identity of female migrant workers on job involvement brings complex influence,through the analysis conclusion: compared with the status of farmers,workers identity to its investment is more significant,so the government and society should of female migrant workers workers identity more attention,effectively solve the employment difficulties of some female migrant workers.Female peasant work is a special vulnerable group in society.With the gradual increase of this group in industrial workers,it is helpful to optimize the allocation of human resources in China to pay attention to the level of female migrant workers' work and to solve some vital interests for female migrant workers.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: first,based on the original domestic female migrant workers urbanization status of qualitative research,the introduction of professional identity scale farmers and workers for quantitative study of female migrant workers,and to explore the effect of double identity on job involvement.Second,on the basis of general behavior exploration of identity cognition,the introduction of enterprise organizational support as intermediary variable,trying to intervene the identity through active organizational support behavior,to achieve the goal of actively enhancing the work engagement.
