Empirical Study Of The Impact Of Venture Capital Network On The Innovation Efficiency Of Entrepreneurial Enterprises

At present,China is in the important starting stage of the development of the new era,and the large-scale adjustment of the economic and industrial structure,the overall upgrading of the industrial level,the structural reform on the supply side and the comprehensive development of the country's hard power are all promoting the development of the innovation industry in our country,and innovation will gradually become the core driving force for the development and progress of the country.For venture capital institutions,the core of venture capital activities is to obtain efficient benefits from investment,and innovation as the core competitiveness of investment enterprises,how to promote the effective innovation and development of invested enterprises is a problem that venture capital institutions must consider.At present,the concept of venture capital network is highly concerned by the academic circles and investment enterprises,and it can bring more abundant relationship resources to venture capital institutions.At the same time,venture capital institutions can rely on venture capital network to realize the special resource support for entrepreneurial enterprises,thus effectively improving the innovation efficiency of entrepreneurial enterprises.In order to help the venture capital organizations better grasp the venture capital network resources and realize the effective improvement of the innovation efficiency of the venture enterprise,this paper puts forward the empirical research on the effect of the venture capital network on the innovation efficiency of the venture enterprise,proves the positive influence of the venture capital network on the innovation efficiency of the venture enterprise,and finds out its influence mechanism,thus provides more effective support for the venture enterprise to construct and utilize the venture capital network.This paper first discusses the basic concepts of venture capital network an d innovation efficiency,and discusses and demonstrates the theoretical mechanis m of venture capital network supporting the innovation efficiency of entrepreneurial enterprises from the theoretical level,and then summarizes the key factors that affect the innovation efficiency of venture capital network,mainly the qu ality of network relationship,relationship intensity and relationship continuity.On this basis,the empirical analysis of the impact of venture capital network on the innovation efficiency of entrepreneurial enterprises is put forward.It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the relationship qu ality,relationship intensity,relationship continuity and innovation efficiency of v enture capital network.Therefore,this paper suggests that venture capital institu tions should make full use of the relationship network in major innovative inve stment projects,attach importance to the improvement of the quality of the rel ationship network,strengthen the communication and interaction between ventur e capital institutions in the relationship network,and ensure the persistence of t he relationship with other venture capital institutions,so as to better promote t he innovation efficiency of venture capital enterprises and bring higher and mo re stable returns to venture capital institutions.
