In the context of economic globalization,capital,technology and other factors flow and allocate in the world,and the global market gradually takes shape,and the competition among enterprises becomes increasingly fierce.The external competitive environment and the internal development demand of the enterprise promote the transformation of the management mode.Compared with the traditional financial management mode,the financial sharing service mode is more in line with the trend of enterprises seeking value creation,which can reduce enterprise costs and improve the efficiency of financial management.How to operate and optimize the financial sharing service center to achieve the goal of financial management transformation has become one of the problems faced by enterprises.Since the establishment of Company A,the scope and hierarchy of the company have been increasing,the management difficulty has been increasing,and the management efficiency has been decreasing.Against this background,The company has begun to seek for the transformation of the financial management mode,The financial Shared Service center was set up in June 2017,and officially began operation in October 2018.Therefore,this paper selects the operation of A company’s financial Shared service center as A case study.This paper is divided into six parts: The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial Shared service.It introduces the relationship between Shared service mode and financial Shared service center and related theories,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis.The third chapter introduces the case of A Company’s financial Shared service center.It introduces the basic information of A company,the background of the construction of the financial Shared service center and its operation status.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the operation effect and problems of the financial Shared service center of Company A.The operation situation and data of the financial Shared service center within one year of operation are analyzed and the results and existing problems are studied in combination with the questionnaire data.The fifth chapter is A company’s financial Shared service center operation optimization Suggestions,based on the problems raised in the fourth chapter,in order to provide guidance for the future development of A company’s financial Shared service center;The sixth chapter is the case enlightenment,through the study of the case for other enterprises in the initial construction period or want to build a financial Shared service center for reference direction;Finally,the conclusion part gives a comprehensive summary of the cases in this paper and provides a broader research direction for the future.This paper first introduces the construction background and operation of A company’s financial Shared service center,then analyzes its operation effect and points out the problems through operation data and questionnaire survey,and finally puts forward optimization strategies and Suggestions.It is hoped that it can play A positive role in the follow-up development of A company’s financial Shared service center,provide reference for enterprises that want to implement the financial mode transformation in the future,and continuously improve the financial management level of large enterprises.
