Research On The Improvement Of Henan Agricultural Product Logistics Circulation Efficiency Under The Background Of Rural Rejuvenation

Henan Province is a big agricultural province.It plays a more and more important role in circulation.However,in fact,the low efficiency of logistics has caused serious obstacles to the circulation of agricultural products in Henan Province.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the key measures of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Agricultural and rural modernization is closely related to the modernization of agricultural products logistics.Agricultural product logistics is the frontier industry to promote the transformation of rural commodity circulation mode and rural consumption upgrading.In recent years,agricultural science and technology has attracted much attention.The key issues of agricultural development in Henan Province have shifted from production to circulation.The key force to promote the efficiency of agricultural products logistics.Firstly,based on the panel data,agricultural logistics theory and efficiency theory,this paper makes a comparative analysis of domestic provinces from the aspects of agricultural production,input-output,infrastructure and macro environment to understand the problems existing in the development of agricultural logistics at this stage;then,BCC and DEA Malmquist measurement models are used to measure and calculate the provinces in the country,respectively from the static and dynamic levels The results show that Henan province belongs to DEA inefficiency.The efficiency of agricultural products logistics in Henan Province shows a low level of development;the low efficiency of scale and pure technology leads to the low efficiency of agricultural products logistics in Henan Province.It can be seen from the empirical results that the gross product of agricultural products logistics industrymainly depends on the input of a large number of resources to improve,and does not give full play to the effective use of resources.Therefore,we should optimize the allocation of resources,break the tradition,create a new model of green logistics development,and maximize the efficiency of agricultural products logistics production.From the optimization of each index,we can see that the fixed assets of agricultural products logistics in Henan Province have been effectively utilized,but the investment of transportation facilities and labor is too much.Therefore,this part of investment should be used effectively to promote the rapid development of agricultural products logistics in Henan Province.Finally,through empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of agricultural products logistics in this province,and gives the corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions combined with the current specific situation.
