Research On The Impact Of Environmental Performance On Financial Performance Of Chinese Pharmaceutical Enterprise

In recent years,China’s rapid economic development is accompanied by severe environmental pollution,which makes the government and the public pay increasing attention to environmental protection.Therefore,enterprises need to find a balance point between environmental protection behavior and financial performance to promote the coordinated development of the two.Chinese enterprises can be divided into state-owned and non-state-owned holding enterprises according to the nature of their property rights,that is,the actual controllers.Enterprises with different properties will take corresponding measures to adapt to environmental problems and promote their development.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of environmental performance on financial performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and the relationship between them under different property rights.This paper summarizes the current domestic and foreign research status,and expounds the relevant theories.Selecting variables measure,put forward the hypothesis of this article,the research institute of building should be multiple regression model,to our country medicine manufacturing enterprise data from 2016-2018 as the research sample,analyze the industry’s environmental performance is how to affect the financial performance,draws the following conclusions:first,the current our country medicine manufacturing enterprise environmental performance impact on financial performance is positive effect;Second,improving the external environment performance and its increment through the end-stage governance of the enterprise’s environmental pollutant discharge will bring a promotion effect on the enterprise’s financial performance,and the promotion effect of improving the enterprise’s external environment performance on its financial performance shows a decreasing trend;Third,the relationship between the internal and external environmental performance and financial performance of the industry is regulated by the property right.Through the results of empirical research,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the government and enterprises.Finally,the research conclusion of this paper is drawn and the research prospect is made.This paper adopts two kinds of enterprise internal management and external environment governance indicator system to measure the environmental performance of pharmaceutical enterprises,not only to study the effect of environmental performance on financial performance,and the increment of the relation between study,is helpful to understand the industry status quo of environmental protection of enterprise,continue to intensify environmental protection direction for the enterprise.At the same time,when studying the impact of environmental performance on financial performance,different property rights can be distinguished to guide different enterprises on the road of sustainable development.
