The rapid development of economy provides an opportunity for enterprises to become bigger and stronger,and society provides enterprises with high-quality business resources and creates a fair competition business environment.However,some enterprises ignore the responsibility of social responsibility while pursuing economic benefits,which brings a series of problems of lack of social responsibility.With the emergence of social responsibility issues,the voice of the society for enterprises to actively undertake social responsibility while creating social wealth is also growing.Exploring the factors that affect the performance of corporate social responsibility naturally becomes a hot issue of current research.The behavior decision-making of a company is often the result of the joint influence of internal corporate governance factors and external institutional environment factors.Therefore,when exploring the influence of manufacturing corporate governance mechanism on corporate social responsibility,this paper introduces the factor of marketization process,and studies the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility from the Perspective of marketization.As a pillar industry supporting the rapid economic development of our country,manufacturing industry's lack of social responsibility events happen repeatedly,the social impact is very bad,the performance of manufacturing industry's social responsibility does not match its position in the economic development of our country,so it is urgent to improve the performance of manufacturing industry's social responsibility,so this paper takes manufacturing industry as the research object.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,reviews the relevant research conducted by scholars in the past,summarizes the concepts and theories related to corporate social responsibility,corporate governance and marketization process,and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up empirical research.Secondly,it analyzes the development of manufacturing industry and the current situation of social responsibility performance,and further explains the necessity of this study.Then,based on the data of 276 Manufacturing Listed Companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market from 2016 to 2018,this paper empirically tests the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility,the relationship between marketization process and corporate social responsibility,and further explores the regulatory effect of marketization process on the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between the marketization process and corporate social responsibility;(3)the process of marketization has a significant positive regulatory effect on the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the conclusion of the study,in order to enhance the concept of social responsibility in China's manufacturing industry,and provide reference for improving the level of social responsibility performance in China's manufacturing industry.
