In China,private enterprises have become an important force in the national economic construction,and their production and operation play a vital role in the economic growth of the whole society and the absorption of labor force.In recent years,in the environment of the new normal economy,the personnel flow in private enterprises has become more and more frequent,but many managers of private enterprises still adopt backward traditional human resource management models in their business process,as a result,the overall management level of the enterprise is low,the efficiency of the staff is low,even the staff quit voluntarily,for the enterprise's own development hidden danger.Starting from the background of the development of private enterprises and the problem of personnel turnover,this study summarizes and evaluates the current research situation of motivation and performance management theory,and takes K Medical Systems Co.,Ltd.in Qinhuangdao as an example,this paper sums up the causes of the problems through the typical cases of personnel loss in recent years,and expounds the harm of the problems,and finally puts forward some corresponding solutions by referring to the management of low personnel loss rate in the government bureaucracy management.The main content of this article is composed of five parts,the first chapter is the introduction.The Second Chapter Enterprise Talent Management Theory summary.This part is mainly composed of the concept,theoretical basis,and the influencing factors of the brain drain.The Third Chapter Takes Qinhuangdao K Medical System Co.,Ltd.as an example to analyze the current situation of brain drain of private enterprises in small and medium-sized cities,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the influencing factors of brain drain in this enterprise,calculates the relevant data,and considers the direction and characteristics of brain drain.Chapter Four: The influencing factors of brain drain in private enterprises.This part mainly elaborates on the current situation of K Company,the general situation and influence of brain drain in private enterprises,the causes of brain drain in private enterprises,and the negative influence of brain drain in private enterprises.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to solve thebrain drain of private enterprises in China.From the government level,enterprise level,talent level,put forward solutions to the brain drain of China's private enterprises.
