Thinking determines attitude and attitude influences behavior. In this relationship chain, the way of thinking is the starting point that influences the behavior change.Innovation is no exception. The research on the innovation behavior of employees from the individual perspective usually is focused on the explicit and motivating angle, but on the employees' thinking mode is rare. With the increasing popularity of higher education in China, the number of knowledge-based employees entering the company has also increased significantly.More and more employees have a reflective and critical thinking tendency, and have the ability to find problems on their work. This also allows them to have the ability to carry out innovative activities.whether this critical thinking tendency has a role in the promotion of employee behavior and what the transmission mechanism it is has not yet been proved enough.Based on the theory of social cognition and social exchange, theoretical analysis combined with literature induction, this paper proposed that critical thinking has an impact on employee innovation behavior, which is conveyed through the employees' innovative self-efficacy.In order to better adapt to the organizational environment, the role of sense of supervisor support has been considered in this process. To better reveal its mechanism constructs a mediation and moderation model. This study contains three main elements: The first research content is define the concept of critical thinking, innovative self-efficacy,employee innovation behavior and perceived of supevisor support. The second research content is the relationship between critical thinking and employee innovation behavior, whether the innovative self-efficacy under the cognitive perspective plays an mediated role between critical thinking and employee innovation behavior and whether perceived of supervisor support under the exchange perspective plays a moderated role in the relationship between critical thinking and innovative self-efficacy.The third research content is integrate the second research content and build a moderated mediator model. This study has carried out a questionnaire survey on 224 employees of various enterprises in Guangxi,Guangdong and Hubei. On this basis,Lisrel software was used to test the structure data of the survey data.SPSS software was used to test the data reliability and calculate the mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of the variables. The article hypothesis was verified one by one using the hierarchical linear regression method. The results show that critical thinking has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior, and innovative self-efficacy plays a mediating role between critical thinking and employee innovation behavior.Perceived Supervisor support significantly moderated the level of self-efficacy of critical thinking staff, thereby enabling employees to generate more innovative behaviors. In other words, employees in the company who are reflective and critical, their own unique ways of knowing and thinking empower them with strong beliefs and courage for innovation which leads innovation behavior. In this process, the superior give them full care and support will strengthen their original innovation belief and courage, resulting in them generating more innovative behaviors. The above findings are consistent with the initial research objectives and assumptions of this study.
