With China's rapid economic development,people's living standards continue to improve,as necessities of daily chemical products,consumer demand increased gradually.Cosmetic market is developing rapidly.At the same time,Some chemical products because of quality problems are frequent media exposure,including product heavy metal content exceeds bid,prohibited to add hormones and antibiotics,etc.There is no lack of among them involved in some international famous cosmetic brand,it also gradually cause consumer demand in the quality of cosmetic springtime delights.Therefore,how to in the fierce competition of industry first,get a higher market share,enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges.To cope with these problems,daily chemical products enterprises from a long-term perspective,should actively respond to market demand,in order to improve enterprise's market competitiveness.In Rongcheng Hai-aosi biotechnology company(hereinafter referred to as the Rongcheng Hai-aosi company)as the research object.Article first the thesis research background,research significance,the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized.Secondly,through the definition of the concept of daily chemical products,4P marketing mix strategy,consumer behavior theory,combined with questionnaire survey,to further find out the company's product competitiveness is insufficient,the price mechanism is not flexible,the promotion efforts are insufficient,the channel system is not perfect.Then from the macro and micro aspects of the enterprise analysis,puts forward the concrete marketing strategy system,namely the form of construction,improve the pricing strategy,sales promotion product diversification,optimize the structure of channels,to optimize the Rongcheng Hai-aosi company as the marketing strategy of the company.Finally from the optimization of organizational structure,enhance the enterprise culture,the perfection of the mechanism of rewards and punishments,enhance the marketing personnel's professional quality of Rongcheng Hai-aosi company guarantees the implementation of the marketing strategy.This article through to Rongcheng Hai-aosi company marketing strategy research,and the product,price,channel,promotion four aspects put forward the optimization advice,for the same industry related enterprises have a certain reference significance.
