For the moment, chemical cleaning products market competition intensified, every company is looking for new marketing opportunities. With the saturating market of the chemical cleaning products, even excess of it, CF is faced with the increasing competition in the market. The company is a small and medium-sized company on chemical cleaning products, mainly producing daily-use chemical cleaning products. The target of the marketing is to the rural market in Sichuan and Chongqing, and the key is placed on the northeast of Sichuan province rural market. In this situation of market competition, the chemical companies should be known how to have a foothold in the fierce competition.For the above problems, this paper analyses the marketing strategy in the northeast of Sichuan province rural market, aimed at the northeast Sichuan province.Through analyzing the macrocosmic and microcosmic marketing environment in the northeastern Sichuan rural area, considering the important success factors on the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and etc, under the analytical method of SWOT,this article analyzes the subdivision and orientation, and how to apply the 4P marketing strategy in the northeastern Sichuan rural market, in order to make the company increasing development in the fierce competition.
