Research On The Application Of EVA Performance Evaluation In Home Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises

Manufacturing industry is the basic industry of China's economic development.As a traditional industry and an important part of China's manufacturing industry,household appliance manufacturing industry has contributed a great power to the development and prosperity of China's manufacturing industry.But at the same time,with many international famous brands of mass in the Chinese market in recent years,the Chinese electrical appliances market increasingly tend to be saturated,before this common form of large-scale expansion and no bottom line of the low price strategy and cannot fundamentally help home appliances manufacturing enterprises in China to obtain advantages in the fierce competition,electrical home appliances manufacturing enterprises to better survival and development must solve the first problem is objective and accurate evaluation on the performance of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a more scientific and effective enterprise performance evaluation system has become one of the key concerns of enterprise managers.EVA were considered in the concept of the equity capital cost of enterprises,so that they can more accurately measure the enterprise value creation ability and further eliminate the subjectivity of accounting profit and make the evaluation results more objective and fair,and if able to incorporate the EVA index of enterprise performance evaluation system in our country,will encourage managers to reduce enterprise cost of capital,make the enterprise have stronger profitability and greater enterprise value.In this paper,EVA related theories,research status and application fields at home and abroad are elaborated firstly.Then,combined with the development history and industry characteristics of China's home appliance manufacturing industry,the traditional comprehensive performance evaluation system of central enterprises is analyzed and its deficiencies are pointed out.Then,EVA index was introduced into the comprehensive performance evaluation system of central enterprises,and the five-year EVA index value of gree electric appliances was calculated based on the financial statement data of gree electric appliances from 2014 to 2018 based on thecompany case of gree electric appliances,a leading enterprise in China's home appliance manufacturing industry.Comparative analysis before and after EVA index was introduced into the performance evaluation system,gree electric appliance performance evaluation score value was analyzed to analyze the causes of the difference and put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the background and significance of the research topic,the research methods adopted,the innovation and limitations of the research.The second chapter summarizes and reviews the collected and read literatures from four different perspectives,including the research classification,application scope,relevant academic debates and the application status in domestic household appliance manufacturing enterprises.The third chapter is the part of traditional performance evaluation theory,which explains the concepts of common performance evaluation methods and EVA performance evaluation indicators.The fourth chapter introduces the development history,industry status and industry characteristics of China's home appliance manufacturing industry in detail.In view of the business characteristics of home appliance manufacturing enterprises and the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation system,it selects the performance evaluation method suitable for home appliance manufacturing enterprises.Fifth chapter will select representative of gree electric appliances in our home appliances manufacturing enterprises as an object,this paper introduces the basic information of the gree electric appliances,the history of EVA index calculation,EVA performance evaluation system was applied to home appliances manufacturing enterprises,the results after compared with the traditional performance evaluation index analysis,validation after the introduction of EVA index performance evaluation system is scientific and feasible;Chapter six puts forward optimization Suggestions on EVA performance evaluation of gree electric appliances.In the end,the article is summarized,the conclusion is expounded,and the deficiencies of the article are summarized.
