Research On Asset Securitization Financing Mode Of Hotel Industry In China

As far as the current situation is concerned,China's financing policies mainly focus on activating the stock and reducing the financial leverage.At this time,asset securitization just meets these two requirements and is widely concerned.In recent years,China has also formulated some measures and laws to promote the development of asset securitization.The hotel industry belongs to the heavy asset industry,and for the hotel industry,the requirements for conventional stock and debt financing are high.Some hotels in urgent need of cash flow may not meet the financing standards of bonds and stocks and cannot be financed.Asset securitization is a good solution to this contradiction.Compared with the hotel industry,asset securitization is rich in varieties.Different financing modes can be selected according to different hotel situations.This paper introduces three kinds of financing models about asset securitization of hotel industry,to analyze the types of different financing models applicable to hotels.Then combined with specific cases,to understand the financing scale,specific motivation and operation process of the hotel industry,to analyze the impact of asset securitization on the financial situation of the hotel industry.And according to the specific situation to draw specific conclusions and make recommendations.
