Models Selection Of Asset Securitization Of China Hotel Industry

Asset Securitization is one of the most important financial innovations in the past several decades. But it is completely new to China hotel industry which lacks of theoretical studies and relevant cases. This paper aims to analyze and provide some practical and ideal models of Asset Securitization. Based on these models and analysis, the owners and operators of hotels, banks, investment institutions and government officials will make their decisions.During the process of study, methods including literature review, cases analysis and contrast are used. Firstly, it introduces the basic theory about Asset Securitization. Secondly, it analyzes characteristics, demand, conditions, feasibility of Asset Securitization of hotels. Then, it provides six models in detail. Finally, it analyzes possible impacts.This paper makes some conclusions: 1. Asset Securitization of hotels in China is feasible, which is depending mostly on hotels themselves. 2. Asset Securitization are suitable for types of hotels and their assets. 3. There are some models to choose, but only two of them are practical now. 4. Asset Securitization of hotels will have a bright future in China after experiencing some obstacles.
