Influence Analysis And Selection Research Of Old Community Management Mode From The Perspective Of Social Network

The problem of old community management is increasingly becoming the key to restricting high-quality development of cities and affecting residents' happiness and sense of gain.The focal-point of this problem is management mode.Different types of management mode mean different management way for the common property in old community,which will directly affect the daily life of residents.So it is necessary for residents to choose a suitable management mode according to the current situation.And the choice process will lead to two questions: firstly,how to judge the influence of various management modes on residents;secondly,how to choose a suitable management mode according to the influence.On the basis of Mark Granovetter's research,residents' behavior in their communities is embedded in social networks.Therefore,it will be the key to solve the existing problem: from the perspective of social network to explore the influence of various management modes,and choosing a suitable management mode for old community based on the influence.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part studies formation of the social network in old community and analyzes its evolution.First of all,through analysis of characteristics of residents in unit housing community and commercial housing community to get the beginning and the end of social network's evolution(Unit housing community refers to a residential area where unit manage common property.It is predecessor of most old communities;Commercial housing community refers to a residential area where enterprise manages common property.It is the result of socialization of property management).And then,with the help of complex network theory,the evolution model of social network in old community is constructed.Meanwhile,the generation experiment of social network is carried out.This process can get many groups of social network with different scale and socialization degree.Lastly,through result analysis of the simulation experiment,the evolution law of social network in old community is found.The second part studies influence of various management modes on residents' social network.Firstly,through analyzing the connotation and organization way of five types of management modes,this paper obtains influence of management modes and turns them into a connection way of nodes and edges.And then,with the help of complex network theory,the influence model of management mode in old community is constructed.Meanwhile,the influence experiment of management mode is carried out.Lastly,through result analysis of the simulation experiment,influence of management modes on residents' social network and characteristics of management modes in application are be found.The third part studies selection method of old community management mode based on the influence of various modes.Firstly,explaining composition of the questionnaire with the help of social cognition theory and existing mature scale.Meanwhile,by counting the statistics of 1,238 valid questionnaires of 10 cities in Shaanxi province,finding relationships of old community management mode in four aspects.And then,results of statistical questionnaire are compared with results of simulation experiment to verify effectiveness of two simulation experiments.Finally,putting forward the selection methods of management mode based on the existing conclusions and principal-agent theory.This paper is based on the project of soft science fund in Shaanxi province,which named "analysis on the management mode of old community in Shaanxi province"(2018KRM050).The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of various management modes in old community from the perspective of social network,and to provide reference for the selection of suitable management mode in old community.
