There is no “zero-sum game” between Internet financial enterprises and traditional commercial banks.Compared with traditional financial service products,the alternative of Internet financial wealth management products is stronger.In this context,subject to the market pressure that Internet finance is approaching,traditional commercial banks must actively carry out reforms and innovations in order to cope with and reverse the adversity.Therefore,the small and medium commercial banks must change the traditional commercial banking business operation mode of “big money,large households,resources and eating spreads”,and actively take measures to deal with the crisis and challenges brought by Internet financial products.In recent years,the development of China's Internet finance has been particularly rapid.However,with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics,the industry environment for the development of China's Internet finance has gradually been standardized,but at the same time new problems have emerged.From the perspective of the development of microcredit business,Internet finance has spawned a wide variety of business products.However,due to factors such as the lack of industry supervision,the risk of microcredit business of the small and medium commercial banks is frequent,which is not conducive to the sustainable operation of the small and medium commercial banks.This study takes T-Rural Commercial Bank as a case study,explores the microcredit development strategy of the small and medium commercial banks under internet finance,systematically sorts out the concept of Internet finance,the concepts and theories of micro-finance of the small and medium commercial banks,and on this basis leads to Internet finance.The development of micro-finance in the small and medium commercial banks.Based on the above-mentioned content,the SWOT analysis tool and the PEST method are used to analyze the development status of the microcredit business of T-Rural Commercial Bank and analyze the external environment and business environment faced by the development of the micro-credit business of T-Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the micro-finance business of T-Commerce Bank,the problems in the development of bank microcredit business are excavated,including the lack of a good macro environment,the lag of its own institutional strategy,and the slow response to the development of Internet finance.In response to the above-mentioned research on the status quo and problems of the micro-finance business of the RuralCommercial Bank,we will adhere to the strategy of coordinating self-management and macro-policy,improve the current microcredit policy and strategy,consolidate the competitive foundation,actively integrate into the development trend of Internet finance,and focus on customers.The development and maintenance of resources and the internal adjustment and innovation of the Rural Commercial Bank to build a sound T-banking micro-finance business development strategy system.
