A Study On The Evaluation Of Residents' Sense Of Acquisition In The Tourism Development Of Anyi Ancient Village

Relying on the vigorous development of rural tourism,the incomes of more local farmers have been raised and the level of rural economic development has been further improved.In the process of rural tourism development,not only has he local economic situation been improved,but also the villagers can have employment opportunities at home so that the local economic development can be promoted fully.In the development of rural tourism economy,the strength of villagers' sense of gain determines the degree of support of villagers,which must be focused on in the development of rural tourism.To make the villagers enjoy an increasing sense of gain can promote the rural tourism positively.Based on this,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods are used to investigate and study the residents' sense of gain in the process of tourism development in Anyi ancient village.First of all,according to the current domestic and foreign scholars' research on the concept of the sense of gain and happiness in the development of rural tourism and the development of rural tourism,to analyze the concept to make the Scope and content clear of the sense of gain during the tourism development of Anyi Ancient Village,and then put forward an index system for conducting research.Secondly,according to the tourism development situation of Anyi Ancient Village,by means of conducting a questionnaire survey of local residents,to analyze the specific factors,which affect the local residents 'sense of gain in the process of rural tourism development Third,put forward corresponding countermeasures to the question of how to improve the residents' sense of gain in the process of rural tourism development.It is concluded that the residents have a strong sense of economic,public service and cultural gain in the process of rural tourism development,and a weak sense of gain in the ecological environment.The main reasons are that there are some problems in the process of rural tourism development in Anyi ancient village,such as the uneven distribution of benefits at the economic level,the impact of the original culture shock at the social and cultural level,the noise pollution in the ecological environment,and the problems of governance management and information service in terms of the public service,which all reflect that there are still some shortcomings in the process of tourism development of ancient villages in Anyi.Therefore,in view of the above problems,management must be strengthened and improved.More work should be done in economic planning and management to weaken the problems caused by uneven distribution.The administration of cultural publicity must be strengthened and the protection and management of the original culture should be conserved and managed.The villagers should raise their awareness of environmental protection.It is necessary for the government staff to strengthen the control of vehicles through effective measures,and the management of public security and the supply of information services in terms of public service,so as to fully enhance the sense of gain of villagers.
