Ancient villages embody the precious genes of the five thousand years of Chinese agricultural civilization.They not only have the simple and exquisite material shell,but also have the essence of the Chinese traditional culture.Their profound cultural deposits preserve the precious material and spiritual wealth for us.As an important heritage of Chinese agricultural civilization,activation development of ancient village tourism not only can inherit excellent folk culture,reshape the rural spirit,also can drive the development of rural economy,realize farmers’ income to get rich,therefore,must attach importance to the ancient village activation development in the national global development,the significance of urban and rural coordination and mutual assistance.The development of ancient village tourism not only plays an important role in promoting rural economic growth and improving the production and living standards of local farmers,but also lays a foundation for the smooth and effective implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.As one of the important subjects in the ancient village tourist attractions,the strength of farmers’ sense of gain also affects the healthy and mature development of the tourism industry in the scenic spots.This paper takes the farmers in ancient villages as the research object,and analyzes the factors with positive influence on the improvement of farmers’ sense of acquisition after the development of scenic spots.Combined with Maslow’s theory of demand level,stakeholders and other related theories,the questionnaire was designed,from the aspects of economy,politics,ecology,culture,service and other aspects,to collect whether the needs of farmers in ancient villages are better met and live a happier life after the development of tourism.First,the data collected from the questionnaire were collated using spss analysis software.Second,T test and one-way ANOVA were performed for dichotomy and above related demographic variables in the questionnaire.Thirdly,to test whether there is a close correlation between farmers’ sense of acquisition and the five dimensions.Finally,will detect the significance of demographic variables as control variables,farmers feeling as a dependent variable,five dimensions of economic,policy,ecological,culture,service variables as an independent variable,build multiple linear regression model for empirical analysis,verify which factors have positive influence on farmers.The empirical results show that the economic situation and policy support have a significant positive impact on farmers ’sense of gain in ancient village tourist attractions.Although the ecological environment,social culture and public services are related to the improvement of farmers’ sense of gain to a certain extent,the significance is not strong.Therefore,according to the analysis results of the questionnaire survey,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Specifically include:Expand tourism income channels,improve the income level of farmers;increase policy publicity,improve farmers’ right to know;improve the infrastructure construction of scenic spots,and improve the production and living environment of villagers.
