LD Textile Instruments Co.,Ltd. Internal Control System Optimization Research

Since the 40 years of reform and opening up,my country has been pursuing a proactive investment policy.Under this background,LD Textile Instrument Company was established by Swiss LD Textile Instrument Company in Changzhou.In recent years,as the market competition in the textile machinery industry has intensified,how to avoid operating risks,maintain a stable market share,and rationally allocate resources to reduce costs and increase efficiency has become the main problem faced by LD textile instrument companies.Focusing on the above issues,this paper first sorts out the literature on the effectiveness of internal control,internal control evaluation and internal control system construction from 2009 to 2019.Based on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other internal control related theories,the internal control system of LD Textile Instruments Co.,Ltd.is systematically summarized,and the implementation of each element is explained on this basis.Secondly,through the form of questionnaires and interviews,the weight indexes of the internal control elements of LD Textile Instruments Co.,Ltd.were determined,and the internal control of LD Textile Instruments Co.,Ltd.was scored using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then the human resources system was found to be incomplete based on the scoring results.As a result,employees are not motivated,they have not set up risk management departments,and have no plans for risk identification.These problems will affect the daily business activities of the enterprise to a certain extent and increase operating costs.Finally,according to the actual needs of the enterprise,it puts forward targeted optimization suggestions in terms of strengthening employee risk awareness,budget integration,credit grading,and internal control effectiveness evaluation.
