Evalution Research On Quality Cost Management Of Aerospace Products In A Institute Based On DEA

Quality is the politics and life of spaceflight enterprise,and the magic weapon for spaceflight enterprise to gain high benefit and guarantee to lead the development of high technology.However,the research and development tasks of aerospace model products are issued by the state,and t he development funds are allocated by the state.Aerospace companies have long existed the practice of "ensuring quality regardless of cost and success regardless of cost",resulting in a long-term high cost of aerospace products.Faced the great mission of "developing space industry and building a space power",the development of aerospace products attaches importance to the quality cost and realizes that the quality cost can be controlled.To carry out quality cost management evaluation research has become the key link of quality cost management activities.In this paper,based on the related research of quality cost management,the current situation of quality cost management of A institute was analyzed.It is found that the quality cost management evaluation method is not scientific,the evaluation index is not clear,and the evaluation process is unreasonable.Secondly,according to the above problems,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,the method of quality cost management evaluatio n is compared,the DEA method of data envelopment analysis is chosen,the evaluation index and decision unit are determined,and the process and model of quality cost management evaluation are introduced.Finally,the quality cost data of 16 quarters of ae rospace product for 2015-2018 was selected as the empirical research object.Using the DEA analysis method,the validity range of DEA in the decision unit was calculated by using DEAP software.The effectiveness of quality cost management of A institute wa s proved,and some suggestions for improvement were given.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide a new idea and reference method for quality cost management evaluation of A institute.
