Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Logistics System Of Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics Company

With the advent of information and big data era,the rapid development of our national economy,express industry has become an indispensable important industry in our daily life.Nowadays,all kinds of private express delivery are springing up around us,facing the fierce competition in the express market.How should Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics Company,which has the inherent advantages of China Post,reposition itself under heavy pressure,find its own problems,reform the existing system and optimize its integration system,so as to enhance the competitiveness and stability of the enterprise market.It is the core issue of modern logistics to study the current situation of logistics from a systematic point of view.Logistics system is a complex large-scale system,and its subsystems permeate and interrelate with each other,which has a direct or indirect impact on logistics management.Based on this,this paper will discuss the logistics system of Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics Company and its causal subsystems,so as to improve its logistics management and improve the overall economic benefits.This article carries on the related theory research to Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics Company from three aspects.Combining with the actual situation of logistics system of Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics Company,this paper makes an overall comment on its logistics system.According to the latest domestic and international research status of postal express logistics system,this paper screens and determines the SWOT analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.From the qualitative point of view,the research object analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and the overall development status needs to be improved.This is a follow-up theoretical basis for the enterprise optimization strategy.Based on the previous preparation,the research object is supported from the quantitative point of view,which is the core part of this paper.In the empirical analysis,firstly,the evaluation index system of logistics system is constructed,with four subsystems as secondary indicators and twenty-threethird-level indicators as the main indicators,and each level of indicators is given reasonable weight by using the analytic hierarchy process.This paper establishes a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Heilongjiang Post Express Logistics System,and draws a conclusion that the overall evaluation result is general.Secondly,this paper introduces the standard aiming pole method,takes Shun Feng Express Logistics System in Heilongjiang Province as the benchmark value,and finds the problem by comparing and analyzing the difference value.Finally,from the macro and micro perspectives,the optimization strategy for the postal express logistics system in Heilongjiang Province is proposed.
