In recent years,China's market economy has developed rapidly,and the logistics industry has also made significant progress along with the Internet economy.Cold chain logistics is a new logistics method developed on the basis of traditional logistics.Compared with traditional logistics,it has higher requirements for the transportation environment.A complete supply chain system is required to complete the transportation.Service as a commodity has its own particularity,but now the service of cold chain logistics is not paid enough attention,the overall level is not high,the development is relatively lagging behind.The improvement of service quality is vital to the development of enterprises.Regarding the service quality of cold chain logistics,theoretically,there is not enough research in related fields.This paper intends to conduct in-depth research on the theory of customer satisfaction and service quality based on the actual development of cold chain logistics services by W Transport Company.This paper takes the improvement of the cold chain logistics service quality of W Transportation Company as the subject to find out the existing problems of the cold chain logistics service quality of W Transportation Company.It uses the SERVQUAL model to design a customer satisfaction questionnaire and conduct research.Through the statistical summary of the results of the questionnaire,we can objectively and truly understand the current status of cold chain logistics service quality of W Transportation Company,find its service shortcomings,and conduct an inductive analysis of the problems in the cold chain logistics service quality of the company.It designs the cold chain logistics service quality improvement plan of W Transport Company based on the actual development of the enterprise,from improving customer service management level,using intelligent control system to achieve transparency in the transportation process,improving service risk management level,strengthening the construction of high-quality service teams,etc.,to improve service quality,improve customer satisfaction,and increase market competitiveness and economic benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,it also points out the direction and provides areference for the development of service quality of other cold chain logistics enterprises.
