There is a huge market for aquatic products in people's daily purchases.With the popularity of online shopping,aquatic product's sales shift from the offline shore to online store.Online shopping of aquatic products' delivery is an importance part of the whole process.As a part of interacting with consumers,delivery service quality determines the customer satisfaction directly.So enhancing the delivery service quality has become an importance means of increasing competitive for fresh electricity.This study researches company A aquatic product's factor which influences satisfaction in the delivery.This article embarks from the consumer perception of delivery service quality to explore company A's improvement strategy of cold chain delivery service quality.Firstly,this article classify company A aquatic product,and analysis this company's status quo and problem;By combining previous research to get the relationship between distribution service quality and satisfaction,thereby sorting out company A aquatic product's clod chain delivery service quality of six measuring dimensions.Then,this airticle takes into account that customers purchase different online commodity type have the different distribution service requirement,so this study introducts the regulating variable in the aquatic product's type,and suggests the hypothesis.Then perceive service quality measurement method based on SERVPERF model constructed distribution service quality impact on customer satisfaction model.Finally,based on the literature research and field research to create questionnaire.This study uses SPSS24.0 software to analyze the collected data and verify the hypothesis.This article provides directions for enhancing cold chain delivery service quality of different aquatic product,and translates the service qualitywhich are difficult to grasp into specific improvement to measures.From the results point of view,this article examines the regulating effect of company A aquatic product type,and obtain customer's different requirements in different aquatic product type.As a results,company A can improve cold chain delivery service quality according to the type of the aquatic product type,and then enhances customer's satisfaction.
