With the rapid development of Internet finance,China's commercial banks have also been greatly affected.The competition among the four major state-owned banks,foreign banks and commercial banks has become increasingly fierce.In order to attract customers and expand customer channels,banks must not only optimize product systems,improve service levels,but also actively maintain customer relationships and enhance user trust and loyalty to banks.The banking industry should actively respond to the impact of Internet finance,innovate customer relationship management concepts and methods,enhance customer satisfaction,and promote the development of banks themselves.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on bank custo mer relationship management.This paper takes the Agricultural Bank of Qinhuangdao Seaport Sub-branch(hereinafter referred to as the Agricultural Bank of China HG Sub-branch)as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the issues related to the bank's customer relationship management.First of all,a brief introduc tion to the Agricultural Bank of China HG Sub-branch,and the current situation of customer relationship management of ABC HG Sub-branch from the aspects of customer structure,data sources and management methods.Secondly,using the questionnaire method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the users of the Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch to understand their views on the current situation of the customer relationship management of the Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch,and to find out the problems.Thirdly,according to the problems existing in the customer relationship management of ABC's HG sub-branch,from the aspects of customer relationship management,customer relationship management,customer relationship management informationization and customer relationship management talents,the corresponding rebuilding suggestions are proposed.The research results are as follows:(1)The core customers of ABC's HG sub-branch are corporate customers and high-end customers.These customers are personally provided by the bank account mana ger to provide orders and other services,but no perfect management mechanism has been established.(2)Through the questionnaire,it is found that the HG branch of ABC has the following problems in customer relationship management:customer relationship management is not clear,customer relationship management is backward,customer relationship management information is low,and customer relationship management human resource allocation is unreasonable.(3)ABC's HG branch should reshape the goal of customer relationship management,improve customer relationship management,improve the level of customer relationship management information,cultivate more talents in customer relationship management,and improve the level of customer relationship management of ABC's HG branch.The research in this paper can provide reference for the development of customer relationship management of ABC's HG sub-branch,and it also has certain reference value for the formulation of other similar enterprise customer relationship management strategies.
