Since the 21 st century,China has been committed to adjusting its economic growth model and promoting green development of agriculture. In 2019,the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs promulgated the "Key Points for Green Development in Agriculture and Rural Areas",which clearly requires raising the level of green development in agriculture and rural areas and promoting green agricultural production.Among them, tea,as a traditional cash crop in China,is widely planted in 21 provinces. It is not only a single agricultural commodity, but also contains rich cultural connotations. However, the current tea production process has problems such as soil and water pollution, pesticide residues, etc.,resulting in poor tea quality, which seriously hinders the development of the tea industry. Therefore, adjusting the tea industry structure and changing the development direction requires the promotion of green production technology from the planting end to promote the green development of the tea industry.Based on the background of the country's vigorous promotion of green development, this article analyzes the current status and problems of green production in Anxi County,an important tea production area in China, based on existing theories and literature bases.Econometric model to analyze the adoption behaviors and influencing factors of tea farmers' green production technologies.Based on this, taking the fertilizer application behavior of Anxi tea farmers as an example,it explores the actual situation and benefits of the local promotion of organic fertilizer replacement fertilizer technology, summarizes the experience and deficiencies, and puts forward reference recommendations for the subsequent government to promote green production technology. The research in this paper shows that:(1)The adoption of green production technology by tea farmers is affected by many factors. The coefficient of whether to join the cooperative is 3.054,which significantly affects the adoption behavior, indicating that joining the cooperative can better guide tea farmers to adopt green production technology.Among the endowment variables of agricultural land resources, the partial regression coefficient of the number of plots is-0.03,which hardly affects the adoption behavior. The coefficients of the three variables of land quality, planting area, and land property rights are 3.404,0.131,and 5.398,respectively,which all have a significant impact on the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers. The coefficients of whether to participate in training or whether to carry out technical publicity are 5.223 and 3.038,respectively,which have a significant impact on the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers. The partial regression coefficients of the cognitive breadth and cognitive depth in the cognitive variables of green production technology in the model were 1.092 and 1.461,respectively,and both passed the significance test.(2)The results of the interpretation structural model show that the factors influencing the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers can be divided into three levels. The awareness of green production technology and the government's technical promotion are direct factors at the surface.Whether to participate in training, land property rights,Planting area and participation in cooperatives are middle-level indirect factors, and land quality is a deep-rooted factor.(3)The tea farmers in Anxi County have adopted the organic fertilizer to replace the chemical fertilizer technology with a high degree of adoption. At present, the average fertilizer application in the area is 174.05 kg.Comparing the production function to calculate the output elasticity of chemical fertilizers, the optimal fertilizer input and excessive application showed that there were 389 cases of excessive application of chemical fertilizer, accounting for 68.1% of the total number of investigations.According to field investigation,it is found that the number of plots, the amount of chemical fertilizers, whether to join the cooperative, fertilizer costs, income and other factors are important factors affecting the amount of organic fertilizer used by tea farmers.Based on the above research conclusions, put forward corresponding policy recommendations:(1)guide the adoption of green production technology, from "black development" to "green development";(2)open up the channels of green production factors, from "single fight" to "holding team cooperation";(3)Strengthening green production technology exchanges, from "going out" to "coming in";(4)improving the green production technology system, from "strict punishment" to "positive guidance".
