Research On Optimization Of Public Finance Expenditure Structure In Tangshan City

With the economic and social development has entered a new normal,the focus of government work and people's needs have changed,which casued structural problems of local fiscal expenditure.On the one hand,the adjustment of the structure of fiscal expenditure is relatively lagging and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the economic change from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.On the other hand,the phenomenon of "offside" and "absence" in fiscal expenditure is still serious,which restricting the realization of government functions.Therefore,in order to effectively exert the government's macro-control functions,promote economic and social development and improve the living standards of residents,it is necessary to optimize the structure of local fiscal expenditures.In this context,the article takes the financial expenditure structure of Tangshan city as the research object,combined with "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" five development idea,the fiscal expenditure structure to carry on the reasonable definition,classification and selection of relevant data from 2007 to 2017,in a linear regression model analysis the relationship between fiscal expenditure and economic development,and with reference to the national average local fiscal expenditure,general requirements,find the shortage of present financial expenditure structure to analyze causes and Tangshan fiscal expenditure structure optimization scheme is put forward.Specific contents include:(1)Introduction.(2)Elaborate the theoretical basis for the optimization of fiscal expenditure structure,and define the core concepts related to fiscal expenditure structure.(3)Analyze the financial expenditure status of Tangshan city in recent years,study the relationship between financial expenditure structure and economic development with empirical method,and draw research conclusions.(4)Find out the problems existing in the financial expenditure structure of Tangshan city and explain the reasons for the problems.(5)According to the objectives and principles of optimizing the structure of local fiscal expenditure,put forward the plan for optimizing the structure of local fiscal expenditure.Figure 5;Table 16;Reference 50...
