In recent years,Chinese financial market environment has become more diversified,and people's financial management concepts are also quietly changing.Internet financial products have advantages which are not found in traditional financial products,and are favored by more individual investors.However,there are a large number of investors in balance financial products and lax supervision,and the possibility of risk is extremely high.Once the risk occurs,it will not only cause great damage to the economic benefits of individual investors,but also cause social unrest.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risks and prevention of Internet financial products from the perspective of investors.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature on Internet finance products and risks,focus on the profitable risks,liquidity and security risks faced by investors,Use the GARCH model,select Jingdong Small Treasury and Yu'ebao for risk analysis of yield volatility risk;Build a stress test model to set up scenarios,analyze the factors that affect the liquidity of balance financial products,and analyze the investor's attitude to liquidity risk through a survey of 200 people;Use typical cases to analyze the security risks facing investors.In conclusion,when being affected by the same internal and external influence factors,Yu'e Bao presents a higher profitability risk.For the same balance-type financial products,internal influence factors will cause a higher profitability risk;Once an external event occurs,investors will redeem a lot in the short term,resulting in higher liquidity risk;when the capital account is stolen,most investors are unable to respond in a timely manner and it is difficult to recover their losses.Finally,from the perspectives of investors,issuers,and regulators,the three dimensions of profitability,liquidity,and security risk prevention,with individual investors as the final foothold,put forward suggestions for risk prevention for Internet financial products.Figure13;Table7;Reference50...
