In the context of competitive globalization,more and more multinational companies are trying to use the "internationalization" springboard to absorb internationalization experience,bridge the technological gap,and achieve technology imitation to innovation.China's abundant natural resources and low-cost labor market have attracted a large number of multinational companies to cooperate with them for joint research and development.However,as companies in the developing economies,the international R & D of Chinese enterprises are facing severe policy barriers and technical barriers.They are at the edge of the international R & D chain and there is a serious low-end lock-in phenomenon.In this case,choosing the entry mode,establishing the relationship ties,and constructing the cooperation network are the key issues for Chinese enterprises to get out of the R & D dilemma and achieve self-breakthrough.First of all,this research adopts a grounded theory method.Through layer-by-layer screening,75 usable documents are obtained in the database,and these documents are read in depth to extract 124 initial categories.Through open coding,56 are extracted.The categories,and then through the main axis coding,extracted 16 main axis categories,and then through core coding,condensed out 4 core categories.These four core areas include enterprise capability endowment,network organization structure,technical and policy barriers,and network relationship interaction.Among them,the network relationship interaction can determine the organizational structure of the international R & D network of Chinese enterprises to a certain extent,and positively adjust the capacity endowment of Chinese enterprises.Good relationship interaction can also reduce the technology and experience of Chinese enterprises in international R & D networks The possibility of policy barriers.Therefore,the relationship management in the international R & D network of Chinese enterprises will be the top priority of the research on the stability of the international R & D network of Chinese enterprises.Secondly,in this study,a game model of a peer-to-peer cooperative R & D relationship network and a non-peer-to-peer cooperative R & D relationship network are established.In the game model of the peer-to-peer cooperative R & D relationship network,no matter how much high cooperative capital is invested or the unit cost ofthe product is reduced,the Nash equilibrium solution(continue cooperation,continue cooperation)cannot always be reached,that is,in a single cooperation Under the circumstances,the international R & D relationship network of Chinese enterprises is always in a high degree of fluctuation.In the repeated game cooperation,the stability of the international R & D relationship network of Chinese enterprises and the number or time limit of games,discount coefficients,and network membership Relationship governance and information assurance among member companies are inextricably linked.In the Chinese model of the unequal cooperative R & D relationship network,the factors that affect the stability of the international R & D relationship network of Chinese enterprises are mainly the reduction coefficient P of market risk,the efficiency of cooperative R & D ?,the ratio of income distribution?,and the basic resources invested by the enterprise.V and the R of the independent R & D of the enterprise.Any change in any of the conditions will affect the stability of the international R & D relationship network of Chinese enterprises.Finally,through the analysis and analysis of the above situation,further comments and suggestions are made on the relationship management of the international R & D network of Chinese enterprises.
