The promotion of Internet finance has brought about great changes in the environment and service forms of the overall financial market in China.Under the mixed effect of external financial technology and intelligence as well as the internal internetization of commercial Banks,various Banks have explored new operating mechanisms to improve their value creation ability.This is of great significance to building a sound ecology of commercial Banks and Internet finance and promoting the steady development of the financial system.In previous analysis of commercial Banks in the study of value creation ability and the relationship between Internet financial,general situation of the financial development of the Internet usually just from the macroscopic Angle,ignore the commercial Banks under the environment of their own development,this article is based on commercial bank's own Internet financialization levels to explore the value creation ability of commercial Banks,to in-depth understanding of commercial Banks to enhance the level of the Internet,to the effect of value creation and commercial Banks to meet the development of science and technology trends,explore the new mode of positive significance.In this paper,based on China's a-share listed Banks from 2011 to 2018 micro data as the analysis of the research sample,after summarizing the existing Internet financial and commercial Banks,on the basis of research results,mechanism analysis and put forward the research hypothesis,adopt the method of multiple regression analysis to quantify the commercial bank's own Internet financial development level contact with value creation ability between the two.The conclusion shows that the development of Internet finance is conducive to the improvement of the value creation ability of commercial Banks,and the development of Internet finance has different impacts on the value creation ability of commercial Banks of different sizes.Among them,the effect of the promotion of Internet finance by large state-owned Banks is significantly better than that by small and medium-sized Banks.Through the robustness test,this paper further confirms the reliability of the above research conclusions.At the end of the research,based on the summary of the research conclusions,this paper proposes policy Suggestions on the business strategy and the application of fintech in the light of the current situation of the promotion of Internet finance in China's banking industry,and points out the deficiencies of the existing research and prospects the potential research directions.
