In recent years,with the rapid development of the global cross-border e-commerce industry and the introduction of a series of supportive policies in China,H company's cross-border payment business and revenue have also achieved very good development.However,due to the late start of the cross-border payment business,the transaction scale is small and the brand influence is weak compared with the industry leaders.This article on the basis of study of H company cross-border payment business competitive strategy,combining the external competitive environment,through make effective competition strategy,make full use of internal resources and capacity,make the most of the opportunity to create competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage,this update,to adapt to the external environment for rapid and continuous change.This paper takes the cross-border payment business of H company as the research object,combines the theoretical basis of dynamic competitive strategy and analysis model,analyzes its internal and external environment,and identifies the core resources and capabilities that currently generate competitive advantages.By comparing major competitors in the industry,the current competitive situation of cross-border payment business of H company was analyzed,and the problems existing in the current competitive strategy were obtained.Through the study of its competitive strategy,it is pointed out that the current centralized cost leadership strategy of H company's crossborder payment business is no longer suitable for the current external competitive environment,and it needs to be transformed into an integrated competitive strategy to reduce costs while giving play to differentiated competitive advantages,and continuously develop the international market.In combination with the choice of competitive strategy,determine the enterprise internal resources and capacity of the corresponding development strategy,and puts forward concrete Suggestions for the implementation of the strategy of competition,from the business market,business model,technology innovation,operation construction,cost structure,the implementation of the strategy of marketing communication six aspects to compete,in order to realize the goal of competitive strategy transformation.This paper studies the competitive strategy of H company's cross-border payment business.By identifying and developing internal resources and capabilities,it studies and formulates effective competitive strategy to continuously create competitive advantages,which has practical and operational guiding significance for H company's strategic adjustment and organizational change.At the same time,the whole analysis process and conclusion can provide reference and reference for similar enterprises.In this paper,there are 20 figures,24 tables and 49 references.
