Research On S Company's Auxiliary Machine Supply Chain Coordination Decision Considering Quality And Equity

With the continuous development of the economy and society,the connotation of quality management is constantly enriched,and the manufacturing industry is constantly extending to the direction of servitization.The enterprise is committed to providing customers with a complete set of solutions of "product + service".Quality not only includes product quality,but also logistics,installation and commissioning,and other basic services around the product,as well as service scheme design to meet customers' different requirements.To improve the quality of supply chain,core enterprises need to rationally allocate resources and cooperate with suppliers to improve the quality of products and services.Based on the company S procurement processes and supplier evaluation ways of auxiliary system,on the basis of the principle of hierarchical model and the quality of service quality,in S company and its suppliers G single manufacturer-a single supplier of secondary supply chain as the research object,build the auxiliary supply chain quality evaluation model,the application of ANP network analysis method,through the limit of matrix calculation of S company and the quality improvement of auxiliary G quality relative important degree of ascension.And articles in the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter respectively studied under neutral and fair justice concerns,G company jointly S company and its suppliers for quality improvement,auxiliary decision-making and the optimal quality of the supply chain can achieve the optimal profit,and compare the decentralized decision making and the coordination mechanism under the differences in quality improvement decisions and profits,and the percentage of the revenue share customer sensitivity to quality improvement and the changes of the difficulty of quality improvement.Through backward induction method and the MATLAB numerical analysis found that when both sides respectively under fair and neutral to maximize their own interests to make decisions when both sides of the level of quality improvement and auxiliary machinery in the supply chain profit will be decreased with the increase of quality improvement is difficult,as the market is sensitive to the quality improvement degree increases,sales price will decrease with the increase of the difficulty of quality improvement,on both sides of the market increases with increasing of the sensitive degree of quality improvement.At the same time,when the quality improvement willingness or difficulty of company S or company G changes,it will have an impact on the quality improvement decision of the other party,thus bringing about the same direction change of profits of both parties.This proves the importance of strategic alliance and mutual benefit.By signing the revenue sharing contract,the quality decision of both parties can reach the optimal value under the centralized decision,and the overall profit level of both parties and the supply chain can be improved.The change of the upper and lower boundary value of revenue sharing ratio is positively correlated with the difficulty of quality improvement and negatively correlated with the sensitivity of the market to quality improvement.Attention to relative fairness will reduce the willingness of both parties to improve quality and the overall profit of the auxiliary machinery supply chain.From the perspective of equity concern subjects,due to the dominant position of supplier G in the auxiliary machine supply chain with quality improvement,S company pays attention to the relative fairness of profit distribution of auxiliary machine,which will make G company yield benefits,thus promoting the redistribution of the auxiliary machine supply chain,which is more beneficial to the improvement of its actual profit and perceived utility.The revenue-sharing contract can not only satisfy the relative fairness measurement standard of both sides,but also improve the quality improvement level and profit of both sides,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the auxiliary machinery supply chain.The coordination function of revenue sharing contract is not affected by the relative fairness attention of both sides.When the relative fairness attention of both sides increases,the negotiation difficulty of both sides will increase.This paper contains 22 illustrations,36 tables and 84 references.
