The global economic environment has made the competition among supply chains more and more fierce,and the issue of supply chain coordination has attracted more and more attention from enterprises and scholars.The social responsibility behavior of supply chain node enterprises is not only related to corporate profits,but also closely related to consumer interests.Product quality issues have always been the focus of attention of enterprises and the public.However,scholars in the past have paid attention to these issues,and there are few studies on whether corporate social responsibility will affect the quality of products and how to influence the final profits of enterprises.In the market competition,the enterprise first considers its own interests.When the contract coordination mechanism is introduced,it can promote the system to achieve optimization and improvement,so that the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain can achieve a win-win situation.Therefore,the research on supply chain coordination decision-making based on corporate social responsibility has certain theoretical and practical significance.Under the condition of paying attention to corporate social responsibility,this paper constructs a two-level supply chain game model consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer.When considering the core node of the supply chain system,the enterprise manufacturer has corporate social responsibility,and analyzes the supply chain nodes separately.The influence of the implementation level of the enterprise on the product quality level and the profit related to the supply chain when decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making.Further joining the contract mechanism,supply chain contract coordination means that the same contract terms are agreed and executed by each node company,and the contract requires appropriate information and incentives to ensure that buyers and sellers in the supply chain can coordinate and maximize their profits.The manufacturer's fulfillment of corporate social responsibility will incur a certain cost.In order to make up for the loss of this part,the revenue sharing contract will stipulate that the retailer will return its income to the manufacturer according to the contract,so as to promote the profit increase of both parties.Further adding the cost-sharing contract to form a revenue sharing-cost sharing portfolio contract,the manufacturer determines the quality level of the supply chain product,and the retailer shares the quality improvement input cost to promotethe system equilibrium.The results prove that the manufacturer's fulfillment of corporate social responsibility can improve the product quality level of the system,and the retailer's economic profit,the overall profit of the manufacturer and the profit of the supply chain system are all improved.However,as the overall profit of the consumer surplus manufacturers increases,their economic profits will decline.In addition,after introducing the contract mechanism,it is proved that the revenue-sharing &cost-sharing contract can make the overall level of the supply chain reach Pareto improvement.At the end of the thesis,the numerical analysis is used to further verify the proposition of the model and provide a new decision management direction for the operation mechanism of the enterprise.
