Under the general environment of knowledge economy tending to be globalized,traditional production factors are not enough to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises are paying more and more attention and attention to intangible capital represented by knowledge.By continuously enriching and improving the knowledge system,enterprises can give full play to their internal knowledge and technology,and make a huge promotion role for human capital and other intangible capital in enterprise innovation.The innovation of enterprises not only promotes the independent research and development capabilities of the country,but also promotes the steady growth of the local economic development in society.Most scholars are concerned about the impact of corporate innovation performance,but ignore the impact of corporate managers.The decision of an enterprise is usually made by a TOP Management team,which is not only an important human capital of the enterprise,but also an important management team that determines the profit of the operation and the direction of the company's development.The ever-changing economic and market environment requires the company's TOP Management team to make rapid and accurate strategic goals,and the company can't accomplish this by relying on a certain manager because a single senior manager has its own knowledge There are certain limitations with skills.Senior managers with different professional backgrounds,because of the differences in their own knowledge and skills,think differently about things,and then through the communication and cooperation of senior managers,they can make more comprehensive and correct strategic decisions.Help enterprises to have more core competitive advantages.Therefore,this article will explore the path of influence between the educational background of the company's TOP Management team,the company's R& D investment and the company's innovation performance.It will improve the choice of the company's innovation path,promote the company's innovation performance,and make the company's economic globalization.Obtaining more innovative advantages and gaining a larger market share in the context of the background have very important reference significance.Based on the theory of human capital,high-level management theory and enterprise innovation theory,this paper proposes the influence mechanism of "the background of the company's TOP Management team education-enterprise R&Dinvestment-enterprise innovation performance".Then,using the data of Shenzhen A-share GEM listed companies for the five years from 2013 to 2017 as samples,descriptive statistics of these three data were carried out respectively,and then the educational background of the company's TOP Management team,the company's R&D investment and The relationship between the three companies' innovation performance put forward the research hypothesis of this article,Then through the establishment of a model and the use of STATA14.0 to verify,the results show that(1)the educational background of the TOP Management team of listed companies has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of the company.Under different professional backgrounds,science and engineering Innovation performance is the most significant;(2)The education level of the TOP Management team of listed companies and the intensity of R&D investment of the company have a significant positive impact.The professional background of the TOP Management team of the company will have an impact on it.Whether the management team has an overseas background has no significant impact;(3)R&D investment intensity of GEM listed companies has a significant positive impact on the company 's innovation performance,and the professional background of the company 's TOP Management team does not affect these two.The relationship between the two parties has an impact;(4)The overseas background of the TOP Management team of GEM listed companies and the innovation performance of the company generally have a significant positive impact.
