With the intensification of competition in various industries and enterprises in society,how to improve performance has become the key to improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Employee stock ownership plan as an important means to motivate employees,what impact it will have on corporate performance,how employee stock ownership plan affects corporate performance,and how to ensure the effective implementation of employee stock ownership plan,these issues deserve our in-depth exploration.This article first introduces the theoretical basis and literature review of employee stock ownership plans,summarizes the three major ways in which employee stock ownership plays a role in the market,operation and governance,and affects corporate performance,and finds that at present,domestic and foreign literature has not yet held employee stock ownership The relationship between business performance and corporate performance forms a unified conclusion.Secondly,it studied the basic situation of the representative old Baijiu enterprises in the liquor industry,including the domestic status and enterprise background.Next,the performance analysis of the employee stock ownership of the old Baigan liquor enterprises is carried out.On the basis of the performance analysis of the domestic employee stockholding,the reasonable degree of the employee stock ownership plan of the old Baigan liquor enterprises is investigated.According to the theory,the market effect,governance structure and operating conditions are summarized Three ways to analyze and test the implementation performance of the employee stock ownership plan of the old Baigan liquor enterprise,and to summarize the experience and lessons in this case.Finally,it was found that there is a lack of follow-up on the employee stock ownership plan of the old Baigan liquor enterprise,the standard of the funding method is single,and the incentive effect is gradually weakened.It puts forward suggestions to adhere to the implementation plan,strengthen supervision and provide policy support,as well as the summary from the case.Suggestions include strengthening publicity,legislative support,supervision and management,and tax incentives.
