At present, insurance brokerage companies have generally begun to combine insurance technology to complete service model innovation. This paper combines the development status and service value of the insurance brokerage industry, analyzes the reasons why insurance brokerage companies apply insurance technology, and studies its mechanism of action. To complete the study, four indicators such as insurance technology, service innovation, user satisfaction and insurance broker company revenue were selected to complete the construction of the empirical research model, and five path hypotheses and two effect hypotheses were proposed. The empirical analysis shows that insurance technology can directly promote the profitability of insurance brokerage companies.Insurance technology can promote the profitability of insurance brokerage companies by promoting their business model innovation, and the low cost intermediary effect of business model innovation is strong. The service mode innovation can enhance the profitability of insurance brokerage companies by improving service value, but the intermediary effect is weak.It is concluded through the empirical research that the application of insurance technology can improve the insurance brokerage companies' cost control capabilities. It can also affect the insurance brokerage companies' profitability by means of promoting their business model innovation, improving their customer satisfaction and service value, and hence strengthening their intermediary role. Therefore, this article puts forward the following suggestions.First, construct the "Insurance Broker Supermarket".Second, beware of vicious competition.Third, the application of insurance technology should be oriented towards enhancing service value.
