Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Farmland Entitlement On Convergence Development Of Primary,Secondary And Tertiary-Industry In The Countryside

The convergence development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries has become an important path for the revitalization of rural industries in China.The lack of support for key production factors such as labor,capital and land restricts the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The new round of entitlement farmland system reform aims to give farmers the residual control right of land,activate the vitality of production factors such as labor,capital and land,and promote the convergence development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.This paper constructs a general theoretical analysis framework of system-resource-technology,and reveals the general process of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Based on the incomplete contract theory,it analyzes the relationship between the entitlement farmland and the allocation of land residual control rights,and its impact on the land investment,land circulation,the agricultural credit and the division of labor so as to promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in 2006-2017,uses the intermediary effect model to test the transmission mechanism of entitlement farmland affecting the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: ?The development level of the integration of the three industries in rural areas in China is on the rise,which is higher in the East and lower in the West.?The entitlement farmland has improved the integration degree of rural three industries in general,with a total effect of 0.159.?There are direct and indirect effects in the impact of land ownership on the integration of rural three industries.According to the size of the indirect effect,it is mainly conducted through land transfer,agricultural credit and land investment.The indirect effect of rural labor division is not significant.Finally,policy suggestions are put forward from deepening the reform of land property right system,improving the construction of urban and rural production factor market,innovating the development mode of rural three industries integration and increasing the financial support for the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the countryside.
