With the rapid development of economy in the Yangtze river delta region,the contradiction between industrial development and ecological environment is increasingly prominent,and the internal demand for industrial green transformation and upgrading is very urgent.Jiangsu,zhejiang and Shanghai were selected as the research areas.First,the changes of industrial structure and the status quo of ecological environment were studied.The spatial-temporal characteristics of industrial structure,the selection of leading industries and the status quo of ecological environment were described and statistically analyzed.Then,it evaluates the level of industrial green transformation and upgrading in the Yangtze river delta region and builds a panel data model to study the social and economic factors affecting the level of industrial green transformation and upgrading.Finally,it calculates the total factor productivity of agricultural and industrial green in the Yangtze river delta region and all provincial cities(municipalities directly under the central government),constructs a spatial dupin model to specifically analyze the spatial spillover effect of total factor productivity of industrial green,and on this basis puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the green transformation of industry in the Yangtze river delta region.The research shows that:First,the Yangtze River Delta region is entering the "Three Two One" industrial structure model.The industrial structure is constantly being upgraded and improved,and the overall ecological environment has improved.There is convergence in the industrial structure between cities,and the industrial agglomeration effect is significant,and some industries have begun to show a trend of specialized division of labor.The level of pollution emission control in the Yangtze River Delta region still needs to be improved.The air quality in Jiangsu is poor,the acoustic environment is better,the air quality rate in Zhejiang and Shanghai is good,and the overall ecological environment has improved.Second,there is a significant difference in the level of industrial green transformation and upgrading in the Yangtze river delta region.The level of science and technology,the level of urbanization and the level of consumption have a significant impact on the industrial green transformation and upgrading.The comprehensive index of industrial green transformation and upgrading of cities in the Yangtze river delta ranged from 2 to 12.32,showing an overall growth trend in the past 10 years,among which the green level of cities in the central and southern parts of the Yangtze river delta was relatively high.From the point of view of the influencing factors,the level of science and technology,the level of urbanization and the level of consumption all have a significant impact on the industrial green transformation and upgrading.Fiscal expenditure and investment in environmental protection have a significant impact on the level of industrial green transformation and upgrading,while human capital,international environmental level and investment in fixed assets do not show a significant impact on the level of industrial green transformation and upgrading.From the perspective of the effect,residents' consumption level has a significant positive effect on industrial green transformation and upgrading,and the regression coefficient is 0.5108,which has become the most influential factor.The reason is that changes in consumption level and consumption structure will promote industrial adjustment and promote industrial green transformation.Third,the green total factor productivity index of each city in the Yangtze River Delta region is greater than 1,reflecting the high level of green development in agriculture and industry,and the good effect of green transformation.Among them,the green technology progress index has contributed the most to the improvement of industrial green total factor productivity.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of industrial green total factor productivity by constructing a spatial Dubin model.The results show that per capita GDP,research and development levels of industrial enterprises above designated size have a significant positive effect on industrial green total factor productivity,and fiscal expenditure has a significant impact on industrial green.Total factor productivity was significantly negative.The research and construction of the spatial Dubin model analyzes the direct effect,spillover effect and total effect of each influencing factor on the industrial green total factors.The results show that the proportion of high-tech industrial output value and foreign direct investment have shown a significant spatial spillover effect.Improving these aspects will help increase the industrial green total factor productivity,thereby increasing the industrial green total factor productivity of various regions and narrowing the gap between regions.
