Research On Optimization Of Localization Management Of A Overseas Platform Company In Cameroon

Since China`s reform and opening up 40 years ago,more and more Chinese enterprises have stepped onto the international stage,actively participated in the construction of global integration,and expanded the influence of Chinese enterprises continuously abroad.While the business is developing vigorously,Chinese enterprises are paying more and more attention to how to do internal management well abroad,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost effectively and making rational use of the resources in overseas countries.In the internal management,Localization management is the basis for an international enterprise to develop itself in a foreign country,which is also a link to strengthen the integration of Chinese enterprises with foreign economy,society and culture.This paper mainly uses case analysis method,literature analysis method,abstract to specific research method and review method.It proposes optimization measures through illustrating the background and significance of localization management of Chinese enterprises,analyzing the general mechanism of localization management,finding problems in the process of localization management of A overseas platform company in Cameroon by analyzing typical cases,combined with the situation of localization management of A overseas platform company.Therefore,a good grasp of the research status of localization management in China and abroad,deeply understanding the mechanism and process of localization management,carefully analyzing and inducting problems,and continuously optimizing the level of localization management will provide a scientific reference for the localization management of Chinese enterprises in the future.At the same time,it can also provide relevant theoretical and empirical support to improve international development and localization management level of Chinese enterprises.
