At present,major changes in China's economic development have brought new challenges to enterprises,but the huge growth potential contained in the economic transformation also provides important opportunities for enterprise development.To grasp the general trend of economic development and seize the important opportunities given by the times,enterprises must solve the problem of how to lead development through innovation in order to seize market opportunities,thereby gaining initiative and winning the future.As the source and foundation of enterprise innovation,how to stimulate employees to generate creative ideas that are beneficial to the organization,and improve the efficiency of transforming employee ideas has become the focus of attention of today's entrepreneur and scholars.Previous research has found that leadership behavior is one of the important influencing factors of innovation.However,the innovation itself has the characteristics of complex change,which make the whole process full of tension and contradiction.Compared with a single leadership behavior,ambidextrous leadership is more able to deal with conflicts and meet the differentiated needs of different stages of innovation.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the role of ambidextrous leadership in enhancing employee's innovation performance.This paper conducts a large amount of research on the literature on ambidextrous leadership,personal goal orientation,proactive personality,organizational culture,and employee innovative performance,and then puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the theoretical model of this paper.Through a questionnaire survey of 220 employees,using statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 to perform a series of empirical analysis such as correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main conclusions are as follows :(1)ambidextrous leadership has a significant positive impact on employee innovative performance;(2)Opening and closing leadership significantly enhance employee innovative performance,yet with different path mechanisms.learning goal orientation partially mediated the impact of opening leadership on employee innovative performance,while performance goal orientation partially mediated the impact of closing leadership on employee innovative performance.(3)The organizational culture in the Chinese context positively moderates the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovation performance.
