Today is the era of knowledge economy,business leaders have become increasingly demanding.Leaders can't have all the knowledge and skills needed to complete the work.Therefore,they need to fully use the power of each member of the team to achieve their goals.This requires leaders gradually transform into coordination and guider.So the leaders began to use empowerment leadership behavior.In this paper,we will research managers' leadership and behavior.Articles will be conduct correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect test by SPSS.We will analysis that empowerment leadership behaviors impact on employee performance.We will also analysis organizational commitment whether the intermediary role played therein.This paper will also analyze the condition of using leadership empowerment behavior,that means we will analyze the regulation of proactive personality.Through investigation and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:First,empowerment leadership behavior,organizational commitment and job performance exists a significant positive correlation.Second,empowerment leadership have significant positive effect on organizational commitment.Empowerment leadership have significant positive effect on performance.Organizational commitment also have obviously positive effect on performance.Third,in China,organizational commitment plays a part mediating effect between empowerment leadership behavior and employee job performance.Fourth,proactive personality plays a regulatory effect between accountability and employee job performance.Finally,this article will provide advice that managers should use different leadership style based on staff.Only in this way can they improve staff's organizational commitment and improve their performance.
