| In recent years,in the context of the new business model of open banking,there have been many challenges in the development of products and services.Among them,system docking is an important link that cannot be ignored.This article mainly focuses on the problem of low access effici ency faced by users in the process of accessing the open bank API platform,leading to bank support staff investing too much manpower costs.This article uses the W Bank Cloud Funding Platform as a case for analysis.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of access work,the research work of the text is mainly reflected in the following three points:1.Analyze the root cause of the ‘low access efficiency’ problem of open platforms.Divided into internal factors and external factors.Th e internal factors are:(1)The process of the access work is not perfect;(2)The division of labor of the personnel involved in the access process is unclear and the information is not synchronized;(3)The access-related documents are improperly managed and not maintained in time.The external factors are:(1)Insufficient experience of the user’s docking personnel,difficult to match the business and technical interfaces,and the need for bank assistance to support the strength and time.(2)The same question is repeatedly asked by different users,causing the bank support staff to repeat simple labor.2.In view of the above problems and their reasons,on the premise of ensuring that the quality of access does not decline,put forward improvement measur es to improve the efficiency of access work:(1)Based on internal factors 1 and 2,propose an optimization plan for the access process based on the PDCA management model,In order to improve the efficiency of access;(2)For internal factors 3 and external factors 1,through the use of information technology means,build a cloud fund platform access service platform to improve the efficiency of access;(3)For external factors 2,propose to use advanced information Technical means to create intelligent robots based on knowledge base to replace human labor,thereby reducing the labor cost of bank support staff.3.Carry out the implementation and effect comparison of the proposed improvement plan,and combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis from th e following three aspects to verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures.(1)User docking cycle analysis: before and after the implementation of the improvement plan,the average use cycle of user access has been significantly reduced.It shows that the access efficiency has been improved;(2)Analysis of the labor cost invested by the bank: The working time invested by the bank’s access support staff has been significantly reduced before and after,indicating that the access efficiency has been improved and the labor cost has been reduced;(3)After going online Quality analysis: After the operation of the user line,the number and severity of the problems have been reduced by comparison before and after,which proves that the quality of the access has been improved while the access cycle and human cost have been reduced.This article is based on the research of the open bank API platform access work efficiency problem,which has a high practical application value for improving user access efficiency and reducing the labor cost of the bank to support docking. |
