The banking industry is an important industry related to the economic lifeline of the entire country.The development and reform of the banking industry has always been the focus of people in all walks of life.In recent years,with the steady development of China's economy,the continuous advancement of science and technology and the deep integration of financial technology have caused tremendous changes in the environment faced by the banking industry as a cyclical industry.Bank outlets are an important manifestation of bank development.The outlets integrate multiple dimensions such as technological level,personnel level,service level,and marketing level,which not only reflect the development concept of the bank but also the development level of the bank.Traditional banking outlets have problems such as business model,marketing level,service level,and customer experience,which cannot meet customers' growing business and service needs,and need to be effectively improved through outlet transformation.Under the new situation,traditional banking outlets need to transform from large-scale and standardized to intelligent and personalized.The intelligent transformation of outlets is an urgent issue and an inevitable trend in the development of the banking industry.As a bank established in the 1980 s,AH Commercial Bank has developed its business so far,and its operating performance is in a leading position compared with other domestic commercial banks.However,due to the development of technology,the impact of Internet finance,interbank competition,and changes in user demand,the business volume of AH Bank's offline channels has gradually decreased,and each year has decreased slightly,and traditional AH Bank outlets have gradually failed support the development needs of banking business.This article believes that in the current era,AH Bank outlets need to combine cutting-edge technology and implement intelligent transformation through a combination of finance and technology.Based on the premise of referring to and summarizing some of the smart transformation cases of domestic and foreign commercial banks,this article focuses on the analysis of the problems of AH bank outlets in smart transformation and the advantages of AH Bank's own advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,from the AH Bank branch positioning,branch internal layout,technological means,personnel arrangements,business processes put forward strategic recommendations for transformation,with the help of big data,artificial intelligence,5G and other new technologies to promote optimization and promotion of outlet positioning,outlet internal layout,staffing,and business processes.Through the implementation of the intelligent transformation strategy,the development focus of AH Bank outlets will change from the current transaction settlement outlets centered on business management to customer-centric marketing services outlets.The intelligently transformed outlets can improve customers' business processing efficiency and service experience.
