In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has made tremendous achievements,the market environment has undergone tremendous changes,financial supervision has become more and more perfect,and the degree of capital market has been constantly improved.With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of financial innovation,the competition among financial professions has become increasingly severe.The competition between banks is not only limited to the competition in scale and business,but also in service.The core competitiveness of commercial banks lies in the level and stability of services they provide,and in the degree to which they satisfy the increasingly complex market demand.It has become the consensus of commercial banks to adapt to this historic development requirement through network transformation.Bank outlets are the most basic business units of commercial banks.For a long time,the main function of major commercial banks' business outlets is savings.Their business mainly embodies in the management of transaction demand.They can provide simple transaction and settlement services for users.This service mode is relatively passive,lack of professionalism and low quality of service.Users even need to queue up,which makes it difficult to produce an effective customer experience.Therefore,how to optimize the layout and strategic transformation of the network in the changing financial environment has become an urgent problem for commercial banks.Based on the experience and lessons learned from the transformation of business outlets at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth study on the specific situation faced by the transformation of business outlets in Shijiazhuang Branch of Bank P,explores the difficulties faced in the process of the transformation of business outlets,how to formulate the transformation objectives of business outlets,how to construct and how to construct the transformation scheme of business outlets.Implementation,how to monitor feedback and other issues to solve ideas and methods systematically,from four aspects of functional distinction,sales process,post settings,service environment design,to achieve the transformation of business outlets of Bank P Shijiazhuang Branch from the original single payment and settlement outlets to service and sales outlets,network personnel from traditional outlets.Accounting cashiers are transformed into professional sales personnel for financial planning,asset allocation and product recommendation in order to reduce operating costs of business outlets,improve core competitiveness and promote their sustainable development.
