| In recent years,China has vigorously advocated mass entrepreneurship and innovation to promote China's economic transformation and upgrading."Mass innovation and entrepreneurship" is a powerful basis for China's economy to achieve a new leap in the new era.Also,it is an important carrier for promoting innovation-driven development.With the continuous promotion of "entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy and the frequent introduction of various preferential policies,more and more people are engaged in entrepreneurship,including some inventors who master core technologies.Such founders have a strong sense of innovation and innovation ability,and they will also actively participate in the research and development of enterprises after their companies go public.The inventor founder has the status of both inventor and enterprise manager.How this dual status will affect enterprise innovation is a question that this paper wants to study.In this paper,small and medium-sized board and GEM enterprises are selected as research objects.Firstly,the influence of founders' inventor experience on enterprise innovation performance is discussed based on upper echelon theory.Secondly,the influence of the centrality of founder research and development network and the intensity of research and development network on enterprise innovation performance and enterprise innovation value creation is studied by using subsamples.Based on the resource-based view and attention-based view,this paper studies the moderating effect of government subsidies and the power of founder on the characteristics of founder r&d networks and enterprise innovation.The research results of this paper show that the founder's inventor experience can improve the technological innovation performance of the enterprise.The centrality and intensity of the founder's research and development network can improve the technological innovation performance of the enterprise.The intensity of the founder's research and development network will inhibit the innovation value creation of the enterprise.Government subsidy and founder power can negatively moderate the relationship between the centrality of founder r&d network and enterprise technological innovation performance,but there is no moderating effect between the intensity of r&d network and technological innovation performance.The research of this paper has theoretical and practical significance.In theory,the characteristics of founder r & d network selected in this paper reflect the dynamic characteristics of founders,rather than static characteristics,which can be adjusted by founders.In practice,this paper provides a reference for the founders of companies how to allocate their attention rationally so as to realize the corresponding innovation strategy. |
