In recent years,strong supervision and deleveraging have made the total amount of social financing shrink too fast,and liquidity contraction has led to the continuous release of credit risk.The proportion of non-performing loans and concerned loans is still high under the circumstances of increasing the disposal of nuclear failure,debt-to-equity swap and marketization.As a newly established city commercial bank,Huaxing Bank has obtained the affirmation of all levels of government and institutions through its continuous efforts in the past eight years.However,in today’s complex and changeable macroeconomic situation and intensified systemic financial risk challenges,China’s economic and financial environment has put forward higher requirements for the risk management level of banks.Credit asset quality,as an important goal of bank risk management,is the "lifeline" of banks.Its quality directly affects the sustainable development of banks.This paper focuses on discussing the risk management transformation of the bank’s credit business.Based on the analysis of the quality of credit assets in Guangdong Province and Foshan City,and relying on the risk management work I have been engaged in,and in the course of my two-year study in Lanzhou University,I have learned the risk management methods of credit risk identification,risk assessment,risk monitoring and risk disposal,to a comprehensive extent.The learning experience of risk management theory and logistic logistic regression theory model is applied to the actual situation of credit business risk management of Foshan Branch of Huaxing Bank.Through the analysis of the present situation of credit business risk management of Foshan Branch of Huaxing Bank,this paper tries to find out the problems.On the basis of establishing the improvement objectives and principles of Huaxing Bank’s credit risk management scheme,drawing on the experience of advanced banks at home and abroad,and combining with the current strict supervision requirements,this paper puts forward the methods of improving the credit business risk management scheme.Starting from the current situation of the bank’s data storage,combined with the bank’s experience in risk management for many years,this paper uses relevant statistical analysis methods and data mining technology to construct a customer rating index system that meets the requirements of validity,reliability and consistency.Using the financial indicators which have a significant impact on the customer’s operation status and operation ability,this paper analyses and refines the customer’s operation status and risk characteristics,constructs a customer rating model based on logistic logistic regression,perfects the credit risk management system and mechanism,and obtains the content of the bank’s credit business risk management improvement program.At the same time,this paper compares and evaluates the risk management mode of credit business before and after optimization from the aspects of credit risk measurement and credit risk management,and puts forward the implementation guarantee of the improvement scheme.Finally,the paper puts forward the prospects for the research and provides a positive reference for the risk management of credit business of other banks.
