In 2019,the no.1 document of the central committee once again proposed that the current period is the decisive period for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and we must always adhere to the "three rural issues" as the top priority of the party's work,and rural economy as the key content of the country's deepening economic reform.The primary task of rural financial development is to meet the market capital demand in rural areas.As the most important rural financial institution,rural commercial Banks carry out rural household micro-credit business in rural areas,which is considered as an effective means to provide rural financial services and promote the development of rural financial market.Due to the existence of natural and historical factors,micro-credit of rural households is fragile and risky.How to identify risks and improve the ability to resist risks is an urgent problem for rural commercial Banks.The current domestic rural commercial bank development condition is good and bad are intermingled,but the risk point with homogeneity,this article selects a municipal agricultural province Henan province rural commercial Banks,rural commercial bank P as the research object,combined with field investigation,the farmers micro-finance to analyze risk factors,it is concluded that the research results of the practical and reliable.This paper first sorts out the concepts and theories related to rural household micro-finance in rural commercial Banks,and then analyzes the risk status quo of rural household micro-finance in rural commercial Banks based on the research data.Secondly,it analyzes the overall influencing factors of all rural household microfinance risks in rural commercial Banks,including P rural commercial bank,from the perspectives of information of rural household borrowers,characteristics of small loans,internal factors of rural commercial Banks and external economic environment.Then,a total of 15 influencing factors at the four levels were selected as indicators to construct a hierarchical model.The results of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the degree of influence of various factors was ranked and tested.The results of empirical analysis show that the risk of rural household micro-finance in P rural commercial bank mainly comes from the level of borrowers.All the influencing factors have distinct levels,among which six factors,namely,farmers' financial status,loan term,repayment willingness of farmers,loan scale,basic characteristics of farmers and normative business process,are the most important influencing factors of farmers' micro-credit risk.Finally,according to the theoretical qualitative research and the quantitative research results of analytic hierarchy process,policy Suggestions are put forward to reduce the risk of rural household micro-credit in P rural commercial bank.The theoretical analysis,research ideas and methods of this paper are applicable to every rural commercial bank,and relevant policy Suggestions can also provide some reference for other rural commercial Banks.
