With the development of technology innovations,beauty industry has been rapidly developed by leaps and bounds.In the future,more and more entrepreneurs joining the army of Beauty industry.However,any industry will face huge challenges and crises in its period of prosperous development,such as fierce competition among peers,rapid renewal and replacement of beauty stores,diversification of consumers' demand for beauty in the post-Beauty consumption era,market pressure brought by diversified marketing methods,and there are few beauty stores that can manage scientifically.In this paper,Morning skin care company focusing on Stem Cell in Anti-senescence which delays skin aging by developing skin care products is taken as the research object,and we will study its marketing strategy.Secondly,we will analyze the marketing strategy and product situation of Morning cell repair shop.Then,we will analyze the reasons for the existing problems.And then,we will improve it's from the perspective of product identity and marketing strategy,including the emotional resonance mechanism based on product identity,as well as product-based marketing strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,marketing management and so on.Finally,the paper will explore the implementation of the marketing strategy of Morning skin care,which operates on a single core product.As a technology company focusing on Stem Cell in Anti-senescence,it opens the market through a single core product in the early stage of operation,forms product identity,and brings benefits to enterprises in the short term.By a single core product is used to open the market,and form product identity,and bring benefits to enterprises in the short term in the early stage of operation.From the point of view of product identification and effective marketing in the initial stage of a start-up beauty shop,this paper establishes the early management strategy framework for a start-up enterprise such as Morning,which mainly focuses on a single core product,and initially forms the marketing strategy of product identification,which provides valuable advice for the initial operation of the start-up beauty shop.
