Research On Cost Control Of FPSO Conversion Project In SHG SHIPYARD

The market for offshore engineering and offshore equipment development is cyclical.The downturn in the offshore market may be an opportunity for the development of offshore equipment for Chinese shipbuilding enterprises.The quality and cost advantages of Chinese-made offshore equipment are coming.The more attention it receives from the international offshore market.Under the current market situation,Shanchuan Heavy Industry has to work hard to improve the project's production cost control,improve the market competitiveness of business project quotation,and improve corporate profits.Through this research,it is hoped to play a reference role in enterprise cost control.Firstly,this paper through the theoretical research and analyses the existing problems and causes on ship cost management of Shanhaiguan Shipyard,Combining with the cost analysis of 300 thousand tons FPSO conversion project of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,it shows the shortcomings in cost control in design stage,procurement stage and production stage in FPSO conversion project.Secondly,In order to solve the above problems,the target cost method,value chain method and responsibility cost method have been carried out the design of cost control improvement scheme for 300 thousand tons FPSO conversion project of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,which determines the target cost,the selection of the preliminary design of the ship,the target cost decomposition,the cost control,the cost accounting and assessment.The cost analysis is discussed in the aspects of design,procurement,and production.The sub-nodes are studied from three aspects: material,work,and cost.The case is selected for practical application.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the cost control improvement of the 300 thousand tons FPSO conversion project of the Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,through the establishment of a scientific and reasonable cost management system,the improvement of the goal into management awareness,the strengthening of cost management assessment,the improvement of cost management assessment,the strengthening of the talent team,and the strengthening of target cost management.Through the study of cost control improvement scheme of FPSO conversion project,it provides a more scientific management mode for Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry to improve the management of conversion project.It is a new exploration for Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry to improve the management level of ship conversion project and increase the profit of enterprises.
