Research On Tourism Resource Management Of Chengde Mountain Summer Resort From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourism has become an important choice for people to relax themselves,increase their knowledge and cultivate their sentiments.The sustainable development of tourism resource management has attracted more and more people's attention.However,in the process of tourism resource management,the contradictions between resource protection and exploitation,planning and tourist's demand are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,how to coordinate this contradictory relationship and developing and managing tourism resources on the premise of sustainable development,as well as realizing the harmonious development of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits are of great significance.First of all,This paper which uses literature analysis method,comparative research method and questionnaire survey method,taking Chengde Mountain Summer Resort tourism resources as the specific research object,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the sustainable development of Summer Resort tourism resources management.Using the theory of government function,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of public participation,and starting from the aspects of government function,regulatory system,public participation,sustainable development concept and talent team construction,this paper deeply reveals the restrictive factors in the management of summer resort tourism resources and lists the problems such as environmental damage,low level of development,backward public service facilities,low quality of practitioners,poor market supervision and lack of public participation in tourism resource management.Based on this,this paper,starting from the government level,enterprise level,public participation level and other aspects,constructs the overall framework of summer resort tourism resources management,and puts forward the countermeasures to achieve the sustainable development of summer resort tourism resources.
