In the backgrounds of the rapid development of the internet and the sharing economy,sharing bicycle system came into being,relying on mobile phone APP to achieve riding bicycle more conveniently.As one of the new China’s four major inventions,sharing bicycles have brought great convenience to our social life and solved the long-lasting “the last kilometer” problem in public traffic.The return of bicycles to the city has brought convenience,low-carbon travel and green cities to the society,whereas it has also brought problems that cannot be ignored.The explosive growth of the sharing bicycle industry has attracted a lot of companies to enter,and the streets and alleys are full of sharing bicycles of various shape.The amount of investment has increased sharply,but the management of enterprise operation and maintenance is lacking,which are resulting in unbalanced distribution and an increasing failure rate of bicycles.The meaning of sharing bicycles to the society is no longer just convenience,but contrarily causes traffic congestion and waste of resources.Based on the practical application of sharing bicycle system,this paper proposes to construct a scheduling optimization model with considering maintenance problems,and to solve the model by using ant colony algorithm and improved variable neighborhood algorithm.Finally,a new idea of maintenance strategy for faulty bicycle is briefly explained.At the beginning of the study,the new idea of the maintenance strategy of the faulty bicycle has been briefly expounded: the maintenance of faulty bicycle can be divided into three categories: on-the-spot maintenance,back-to-warehouse minor repair and return to overhaul.For bicycles with small repairs and overhauls,preventive opportunity maintenance strategy would be developed.In the actual situation of sharing bicycles,some new research ideas are provided for the operation management and maintenance strategies of sharing bicycle enterprises.Among them,a consideration of the scheduling priority of different hotspot areas has been applied.The concept of integrated distance has been established,which reflects the scheduling priority.The higher the scheduling demand of the station,the higher the scheduling priority,and the priority to meet the scheduling requirements will conduce to improve user satisfaction.Then the maintenance problem of the faulty vehicle has been considered,which carrying out on-the-spot repair of the glitch bicycle,so that the bicycle can be used again immediately.Finally,the heuristic algorithms including the ant colony algorithm and the variable neighborhood algorithm are selected to solve the model,and the variable neighborhood algorithm of relocation,2-opt* and or-opt are extended and improved.
